We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott from October 12th to 16th. The rooms were tidy and spotless, and the housekeeping team was incredibly kind and professional. The hotel’s modern design, beautiful dining area, and inviting swimming pool made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from, and the breakfast staff provided outstanding service — they were especially kind to our two-year-old, which we truly appreciated. A special thanks to Mehmet at reception, who went above and beyond to help us find a taxi to the airport after the one I booked through an app mistakenly picked up other guests. Mehmet stayed outside with us until everything was sorted out. He was professional, patient, and a pleasure to talk to. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and rooms are bigger then any other hotel we stayed through out the trip but the hotel location isnt great. The hotel location is in the middle of residence buildings and away from breach/ town centre

Located in a quiet place with a 15 minute walk to the main square, restaurants and shops. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant's staff member Ms Ayat was very professional and goes out of her way to assist. The accommendation is spacious and lovely. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and a clothes hanger. Clothes dry overnight to my surprise. There is a nice bakery next to the property. If you are after some peace and quiet and happy to walk approximately 15 minutes to the town and restaurants, I'd recommended the Residence by Marriott.

Overall the hotel is very nice, our room was comfy and quiete, good aircondioning through out the place ie bedroom lounge and kitchen. No bell boy … worst housekeeping…night shift male receptionist was very arrogant and unhelpful. No room service ..no restaurant … breakfast was very average. Swimming pool should be described as an open aquarium, yes it was that small. Bad property… just brand name and arrogance. They don’t want to listen to your problems or find solutions… just singing please leave a review. Not expected from any hospitality group leave aside MARIOTT.

Sadece 1 gece kaldık. Sırf güzel bir uyku çekelim diye ismine aldanıp çokça para verip bu oteli seçtik fakat.. öncelikle çarşaf kirliydi. Neden çarşafı sererken üzerinde leke var mı yok mu diye kontrol edilmez? Buna bile dikkat etmiyorsanız tuvalet banyo temizliğinden nasıl emin olabiliriz? Kahvaltısı vasat.. Mahalle arasında güzel bir oteldi. Kahvaltısı fiyatına göre fena değildi ama çeşitlendirilse daha güzel olurdu. Memnun kaldık sadece ilave açılan yatak çarşaf ve yastıklar hem kirli hemde kıl tüy vardı, bundan dolayı hayal kırıklığı yaşadık..
