Worst Hotel In Years

Downgraded at checkin. Internet not working. Extremely loud bar band 10 meters away, 10:pm to midnight. Requested any other room, told none available. Discovered online there were 3 vacant rooms. Sheets on bed missing. Upon checkout, "manager" was hostile and unhelpful.

Stay at Aspen Hotel

We have stayed at the Aspen several times, usually in the same very comfortable room. This time we were in a different room and both the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and we did not get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was very good again and the staff are very good and helpful.

We have just arrived back from our 5 night stay at the Aspen Hotel. This is our 5th holiday to Antalya and we always stay in Kaleiçi in one of the boutique hotels and can say the Aspen Hotel is the best one we have stayed at. The hotel is very quiet, staff are amazing the service was fantastic, and the location was perfect. We are already looking to book again next year. Thanks for making our little break away just what we needed. Marnie and Russ.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great with many options. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. We did not use the pool however it looked nice. It was smaller than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The one drawback was the bar/restaurant behind the hotel which played loud live music from 830 - 11ish. Other wise a great hotel!!

Old Town Antalya. Hotel Aspen.

Nice boutique hotel between Marina and old Town. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by but still reasonably quiet location. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable bed and good shower and mini fridge. (Essential). Staff attentive and friendly and on hand to help carry luggage up one flight of stairs.

The staff couldn’t do enough!

The staff were amazing, it was beautiful little hotel. Perfect little hideaway in a great location in the old town. The customer service was incredible it honestly made our stay.

Great little boutique hotel if you don't have physical disability and don't mind eating at the hotel the entire time you are there. They have a policy of no outside food or drinks and expect you to purchase meals from them. Also no hot water in the sink for my room. Only in the shower so I could not shave with hot water. Sohail and Ismail staff were very friendly and nice. On the first day I developed allergy to the breakfast and needed to go to pharmacy for medication. I ordered food from outside and was told by one of the bar tenders that outside food is not allowed. I could not use the dining room or outside to eat it and had to have it in my room. They should specify this condition on Expedia so people that are disabled or get food allergy are made aware. The pool is small and they use a wide camera lense to take the photos. They did offer free tea and coffee in the morning.

A lovely hotel

A great stay - super friendly welcome and very helpful staff. The room was clean and a good size with a sweet balcony. The only thing was getting there...if driving be aware you will need to drive through a barrier into the old town and up some steep, narrow streets.
