In winter, a 3-minute walk takes you to the Semnoz ski resort.
Discover a new apartment, bright and decorated with modern taste. Located on the 3rd floor, it offers a beautiful view of Annecy with its large outdoor terrace.
Ideal for 5 people, the apartment has two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Nous recommandons cet appartement où il y a tout le confort "comme à la maison". Vous pouvez laisser votre véhicule au garage et aller au lac ou à la vieille ville à pied en 15 minutes, en longeant le cours d'eau, c'est très agréable. Sinon il y a les bus, un arrêt à 5 minutes de l'appartement. Plusieurs magasins très proches. Très sympa les petites attentions : échantillons, produits de 1ère nécessité, linge de maison.

Super séjour

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et lumineux. Il est également très bien équipé. La grande terrasse est superbe et le garage est très apprécié car pas de place dans la rue. Situé au 3ème étage, la terrasse nous offre d'un côté une vue sur la ville et montagnes, Il faut environ 20 minutes à pieds pour se rendre au lac d'Annecy. La conciergerie est très disponible et efficace.

Séjour de 5 nuits Nous avons apprécie le « tout à pied » Nous étions en train, appartement à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la gare et du centre L’appart est très agréable à vivre, une pièce de vie assez grande et une très belle terrasse où manger et se reposer Un lit 160 sera idéal dans la chambre si vraiment j’avais un conseil L’accueil par Benoît est parfait à l’arrivée comme au départ Je conseille vraiment ce logement et cette superbe ville d’Annecy

Nettoyage superflu

Absence d'entretien dans e logement "neuf", cafetière sale, verre à dents sale, poignées porte tâchées, toilettes avec des excréments !!, four avec des miettes, plaque induction grasse avec le plan de travail, douche bouchée par des cheveux et odeur affreuse, bien entendu photos à l'appui !!! Et impossible de contacter un responsable , vu le prix de la location c'est inadmissible, un mobil home est mieux entretenu !! J'espère qu'il t aura une suite à ma plainte...
