Apartment with a lot of charm, overlooking "La Cour Filaterie" at number 6 of the eponymous street famous for its arcades & shops.
The Cour Filaterie is a set of 2 apartments that can be booked together or separately, on the same floor... 2 suites that can accommodate a total of 4 people.

Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.

The entrance of the apartment is located in a pedestrian street, you can park Rue Joseph Blanc where you can drop your luggage with your vehicle.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.

This apartment has a 160 cm (King Size) double bed in a night alcove from which you can watch TV thanks to its swivel system..
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, induction hob & microwave.
Linen will be provided for your stay: bed linen and toilet linen.

The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Appartement situé en pleine vieille ville d'Annecy, plutôt confortable. Les fenêtres donnent sur une rue piétonne (peu de lumière directe) sympathique, mais mieux vaut prévoir des boules Quies pour s'éviter les désagréments liés aux retours de soirée.

Appartement très beau, très propre, très fonctionnel et très bien placé pour visiter Annecy. Attention, il est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'avoir le petit déjeuner posé devant la porte les deux matins où nous étions dans l'appartement. Si nous revenons à Annecy nous relouerons ce logement car il est vraiment top!

Ce n'est pas la premiere fois que je passe un sejour au studio et je ne peux que etre extremement satisfait: situé dans le centre historique, trés propre, proprieté gentile et disponibile....tout est excellant! Dimensions ideale pour une couple mais aussi pour un agreable sejour de travail. A recomander, ABSOLUMENT!

Allez-y les yeux fermés : l'appart est un vrai nid douillet et la conciergerie se met en 4 pour vous. Attention centre ville = bruyant et infernal pour circuler et se garer. Une place de parking est proposée avec le logement mais vraiment pas à côté, ce qui peut être galère si vous êtes chargés. Sotir la voiture du parking AVANT de rendre la clé et le badge.

le studio est magnifique: il y a tout ce qui sert pour un sejopur agreable. situé au coeur de la ville, dans un batiment historique, l'appartement permet des promenade partout, sans utiliser la voiture. trés propre et 'chaud', il parait d'etre 'chez nous'. recommande sans doute!

Super bien situé, le studio offre un pied à terre charmant et fonctionnel en plein centre d'Annecy. Une place de stationnement est inclus dans le logement, même si elle n'est pas à proximité directe. Nous avons pu faire cuire et réchauffer des plats grâce aux plaques, bien qu'un micro-onde aurait été un plus. Je recommande !
