The room was old and in disrepair (peeling paint, stains on chair upholstery, large areas of adhesive left on walls, chunks of wood missing from kitchen peninsula, padded headboard torn and stapled back together, layers of grime on microwave vent, splatter stains on cupboards, etc), the desk chair was broken, the couch was uncomfortable, and the toilet ran continuously. I'm quite disappointed. Hampton Inns are usually good quality. Not this one.

Room was dirty, toilet broken running all night. Couldn’t sleep because of it’s noise Asked to get moved to another room and walked in and this room was even worse Finally after being moved to a third room it had a bunch of dead ladybugs and smelled like roach spray We had no choice but to stay because we came from so far away and on Xmas eve and Xmas I would definitely not recommend this hotel

The hotel facility and furnishings need some updating. Like a lot. Our door stuck and was extremely hard to open. The ac/heat was obtrusively loud and must be changed at the machine instead of the wall. Walls are all banged up in the room. Shower tub was rusted at the drain and baseboards and transitions from surfaces are in dismay. All “white” towels were dinghy. Elevators shook and were very loud upon moving. Scary! Called and asked about the laundry facilities and if they were available onsite and was told yes. Boyfriend asked same guy where they were located because it isn’t marked anywhere and when we went and purchased detergent and brought it to the second floor we found out the washer was out of order. After I had to carry my load to be washed interrupting a large family’s game of pool they were playing because it is on the back side of the pool table. Went and told the guy downstairs and he said he didn’t know it was broken. Staff overall were kind. Hotel needs some work. Will not choose to stay here again.
