Hotel appearance and front desk area were beautifully designed and decorated for the holiday season. The front desk staff, along with the bar and lounge employees, were fabulous and made our family holiday get together wonderful! Our room was comfortable. There is a free shuttle stop provided by the city just outside the valet area of the hotel. Highly recommended for transportation to waterfront shopping district.
