We were unhappy with our room position, being only one of the three without any view at all and they were nice enough to switch us to a front bay view when one opened up the following day. I love this hotel location. It is so close to everything! Staff were friendly and helpful. They are still building their restaurant. Loved my view. But, my husband’s side of the bed had a very large convex area and the springs kept poking his back he had to keep changing his position. The shower pan had a very large crack, and the bathroom tile was ice cold! We will be staying at the Westin next time.
