On the outskirts Annaberg, in a secluded, quiet position, 900 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: washing machine. 300 m long bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. 300 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 4.5 km, bakery 4.4 km, bus stop 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Dachstein West (Donnerkogelbahn) 900 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Gosauseen 32 km, Hallstatt (Hallstätter See) 34 km. Hiking paths: Region Dachstein West. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
