The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main living area next to the bathroom. The ground floor consists of two garage and storage area which are for owner use only.

EXTERIOR:

Hammock in the Sun offers five great balconies to sit and relax or enjoy your morning coffee. One of the screened in balconies is off the dining area with a large outdoor table and plenty of seating to enjoy your evening meal. There are two ways to enter the pool area from the front door and back staircase off the kitchen. The pool can be heated and there is plenty of seating with outdoor sun loungers and seating areas to soak up the Florida sun. There is a small, covered area with additional seating.

From the pool enter the side gate to a secondary outdoor yard which features the gas grill and large dining area to enjoy those balmy evenings. There is also a beach cart, beach umbrella and beach chairs. Upon your return from the beach rise off in the outdoor shower before taking a float around the pool!

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are four parking spaces in the driveway. Garages are for owner use only.

This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking area.
