Bean Point Bliss is located north of Pine Avenue and a short walk to the beautiful Bean Point beach and made easier by a beach cart to carry all your beach items. The list of extra amenities is long: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach cooler, grill, blender, drip coffee maker, outdoor shower, just to name a few items. After your beach day, relax in the tranquility of the tropical pool setting surrounded by lush landscaping. Parking is provided in the garage and the driveway.Optional pool heating, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. There is also cooling available in the summer months at a cost of $150.00/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
