The house is well stocked, great amenities and location, location, location! They have plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, and some toys for the kids) for you to take the 50ish steps to the beach. Great, fast communication with the host and TV's in every room for downtime. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was amazing.
