Pillows (under pillow cases) were stained, mattress covers (under sheets) were very stained, bathroom cleanliness was poor (dried feces on exterior of bowl). Would have expected excellent cleanliness for a $250 night stay.

Terrible odor we could still smell beneath strong chemical fumes. Mattresses sagged, there was some kind of mold (?) on the bathroom wall, and everything was old and extremely used. Bathroom door handle had been “fixed” with painter’s tape. We didn’t feel we could stay, and left for the nearby Doubletree, even though it meant losing what we paid.

Ok. But not what was advertised. Paid for premium room. Supposedly has upgraded bedding/snack. But bedding same as standard room i had on last stay. Hard bed/pillows very lumpy. No snack. Nothing pemium about it. Got charged the extra money but got nothing for it.

The room was very run down and we had to kill 5 bugs over our stay. For over 300.00 a night we expected much more. Room was clean but basic and you should put a door sweep at the bottom of the door because bugs come in from underneath the door.

The room smelled a bit like a locker room when we first arrived. And there were some odd brown stains in the tub. But the staff was nice and the room was comfy. The AC was a bit noisy for me but my wife didn't mind the white noise

The room and hotel in general was an absolute dump. Pictures did not match the online booking photos shared. Listed was a clean newer looking hotel. Was we stayed in was a worn out filthy motel. Stains on bedding, water damage everywhere on moulding, drywall, furniture. My wife and I didn’t want to touch anything. Bathroom area had a cracked sink, broken drain, cracked toilet seat & I didn’t even want to look in the shower. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed and for $350+ a night I really expected something half way decent. We had an end room next to a stairwell, we could hear every single step people took on the stairs and the room above us we could hear their quiet’s voices talking and even the sound of them using the toilet (not just the flushing). Check-in was at 3pm & we weren’t finally let into our”available” room until after 6:30pm. The staff was friendly & seemingly did their best… I’ll give them that, but the quality of the room and hotel was terrible. Honestly I think the entire building should be knocked down.

When we booked this hotel, the photo on the web site looked much better than the actual property. Upon arrival, there was no sign directing us to the hotel. It was so run down looking that we thought we arrived at the wrong location. The room itself could use some basic improvements like paint, repairing water marks on the ceiling. The room also had a strong odor like someone had smoked even though there was signage everywhere stating it was a non-smoking room. On the positive side, the hotel agent (MGR) that checked us in was extremely polite and professional with a warm greeting. The bed was comfortable and had clean linens. It was a one night stay and that was the other positive thing. We would not recommend staying at this Red Roof location.
