Close to University of Michigan Stadium. The pool was closed for our entire stay. We notice small comestic repairs needed at the site. The breakfast could needed improvement and the pancake / waffle maker wasn't working during the entire stay. Over priced due it been a game day weekend. The room was clean but shower and sink faucets weren't fully operational

Booked a double queen and was given a single queen room. Hotel staff said they were not able to fix and had to call hotels.com. Due to time of night when checking in just made it work for us. Room was clean but minimal. Stayed here when it was a Hampton Inn...and furnishing and quality are definitely lower. Bed was low to ground and may be difficult for some in getting up and down.

No cleaning service. Back door inaccessible even with a keycard. No plates for breakfast - had to use styrofoam bowls, and it's pretty clear they are constantly watching the video cameras - accosted with an accusational tone when I opened a couple cabinets to look for plates. Water from the tap had a slippery feel to it.

This hotel is a lovely transition from its former use, and it will only get better as it fleshes out the updates. While some very minor items are in transition, such as the room number plaques, the rooms are very clean and the beds and linens are superb. It has every amenity and is very well appointed.

Staff was friendly but the overall property was really run down. I asked for 3 keycards but they said they could only allow 1. Carpets in the halls were stained really bad. Room numbers were written with a marker on the wall. No blackout curtains and our flimsy shades were broken and missing parts so you could see into the room. Pool was closed. Blood stains and the sheets. Fitness equipment was inoperable. Computers and printer in business center did not work. Cable stopped working. Sink was clogged. Was told to park in back to be closer to my room but then there was a sign stating the door would be locked after 8pm. This was at 10pm. Breakfast was limited and seating was limited. Overall I think you get the picture. Although the hotel served it purpose it did not seem it is cared for and could use some TLC. Amenities did not live up to advertised. Not a great experience.

I’d never stay here again!!

There were more pets than humans at this outdated hotel. It smelled like wet dogs and the carpet was beyond dirty. It felt unsanitary and uncomfortable. The place needs a complete makeover! They offer breakfast, but didn’t trust eating from their buffet. Although the staff at the front desk was nice, they all seemed new and clueless. I’d never stay here again!
