We called twice earlier in the day to make sure we could still check in at midnight after a concert. We were assured it was fine. When we arrived we were told they had no rooms left even though they could see our reservation. Very disappointed and will not book through Expedia or America extended stay hotels ever again.

Furniture was run down. Toilet made a loud screeching noise after being flushed. Walls in hallways and elevator were filthy and there was a cockroach on the wall.

Nice staff but a smelly, grungy poorly maintained room. Very basic breakfast— coffee, muffins, oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. Good location for attending events at the University of Michigan.

Major upgrades are needed, windows didn't close/lock properly. At least 3 junk cars (flat tires and broken out windows) parked in the parking lot including an RV that looks like it has been there since it was built. Crumbs on the counter as we walked into our room, beds were not crisply made, hairs in the bed. I will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again. Property is very sketchy, but in a decent/nice area, so I figured it would be fine when I booked it.

Place smelled like bleach when we got there. Refrigerator made a loud humming noise that came and go. When walking down the hallway, a pair of female underwear was laying in the corner against the wall. Don't recommend this place at all. The staff when checking in was nice, but after that, no go. Stay away

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. From the elevator to the room, it was not clean. We walked into the room and it smelled horrible. We were going to leave, but thought we could handle it for one night. I wish we would have left. It was not worth it. There was tape on the floor going into the bathroom to hold the carpet down. The kitchen ceiling light cover was half off hanging down.
