I highly recommend the Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast Inn. The location, literally right next to the U of M campus, is ideal if the university is on your agenda, the rooms are clean and pleasant, and parking on the property is a big plus. The common area, which includes the breakfast area, is delightfully decorated with all sorts of quirky knick-knacks and is a friendly place to spend time. Shannon, who runs the B&B, was always responsive and accommodating and did everything she could to make my stay convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty choices. If you want a place that’s less sterile and cookie-cutter than your standard hotel, give this B&B a try.

Great location close to UM campus with friendly and engaging hosts made our stay much more enjoyable than a typical hotel chain further away from campus and a much better value than larger hotels in same proximity to campus. This will be our primary choice to stay when we return to Ann Arbor.

A fun, quirky place now being run by Shannon, who could not have been more accommodating. Great location across the street from the UM campus. Although on a busy street, our room faced the back and was very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful as was the hot water in the shower. Highly recommended.
