Grosses déconvenues
Arrivée correcte gérée par téléphone. Logement situé à 10min à pied du centre ville dans un quartier calme, c'est le point positif (isolation phonique très faible).
À la découverte, l’appartement semble correspondre à l’annonce. Or nous découvrons rapidement que l’appartement est sale, les draps tâchés, le lave vaisselle en panne, l’accès au lave linge impossible, le canapé déchiré, pas d'accès réel à internet, donc pas de télé non plus.
La conciergerie a pu intervenir en changeant les draps le lendemain. Le reste des dysfonctionnements a perduré. Le ménage de fin de séjour a été offert. Nous restons dans l'attente d'un dédommagement au vu du séjour fortement gâché et beaucoup trop cher au vu des prestations réelles. Grosse déception qui impacte le bénéfice des vacances.
