Racist manager.

The nite time manager shelianice until she saw that me and my man are different races then was such a snotty attatude it was pathetic. I had to cut my stay short and not only did they charge for the whole 7 days at check in insted of checkout they refuse to refund the 4 days i did not stay. The room was nice except for the musty smell by the door and the fact that there latch got hooked and locked me out of my room. For a brand new hotell they realy need to do better. Would never recommend them to anyone.

There was a water leak on the 4th floor. I got to hotel and was told no rooms available. They still charged my card. And still fighting for a refund a week later. The manager is never available and won’t return phone calls.
