It was quite but the rooms or terrible the tub was rusty AND NASTY 😭 I couldn't bathe in that PERIOD ‼️ THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS NICE THATS IT!!

I didn’t stay I called Expedia to inform them that this location is the Red Roof it has roaches, spiders and drug activity was happening right in the facility. I wouldn’t let my dogs stay at this location.

The room was in terrible condition. The property was also in bad shape with several shady characters hang around and one guy circling the parking lot in his car and what appeared to be abandoned or dilapidated cars. This made me feel unsafe on entering property The shades did not cover the window and the inside lock had been removed. The room not particularly clean in addition to being in terrible condition. Overall, the room was unacceptable and I checked out immediately after seeing the room.

Had to cut our stay short due to poor conditions at this hotel. There was a smell of drugs, the room was dirty and in disrepair (see photos, including cigarette butt in the peephole in a non-smoking "superior" room). "Disreputable" characters coming in and out of rooms yelling and half-dressed. We did not feel safe here. The only good thing was the Assistant Manager, Bree, who was very understanding when we checked out and needed to get a refund.

We never checkedbi. I made multiple attemotsbto reach them to cancelbmy husband became very ill and we could not travel. I tried calling noone ever picked up. I sent multiple messages respinding to their message about lookjng forward to seeing us and no response. I have trip insurance but feel that they should refund us due to their inability to conduct business in a professional manner. How can i cancel in time if they make themselves unavailable.

This is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Booked a non smoking room and it obviously wasnt. The room was in bad shape to begin with and the AC unit started leaking a couple days into my stay. A shelf had fallen off the wall and not put back up, shower curtain falling off the wall, tub was peeling and took a while to drain. The mattress was in bad shape and paint peeling off the ceiling.

Smelled like a smoking room, no iron, and no chairs (!), so I had to change the room. The 2nd room still smelled like a smoking room, a little better than the first one. The safe was cut open, and the toilet vent grille was gone. You get what you pay for, but this is a place that I won't ever come back to.

It was a crime scene. There were men out at 3am acting like fake dog walkers, women walking around, and one guy looking like he was dealing drugs. They took $20 cash from you for deposit if anything is broken in the morning. Everything in the room was broken. The lamp, toilet rocked, hole in bathroom door, front door had to slam to shut, lamp shade, safe broken off wall, light bulb on mirror, shelf, toilet paper roll, no shower curtain, smelled like a smoke house

Worse motel ive ever been to.

This place is filthy. People outside of our room on the sidewalk smoking marijuana. Also standing in the stairwell smoking marijuana as we’re trying to get past them people fighting. this place is horrible. Curtains and windows are so nasty. The curtains was literally sticking to the windows. We took a loss on our nonrefundable to not stay and left.
