Looking to get away in one of the world’s highest ranked ski towns? We are proud to offer our pent-house, corner-unit, modern condo as a luxurious and convenient home away from home.

Located just a couple of minutes away from world-class Alyeska Resort, our condo is walking distance of local coffee shops, a yoga studio, restaurants, bistros, and our local brewery and grocery store. A convenient shuttle is available 7 days (and nights) a week and a stop is just a minute walk from the condo entrance.

Our condo features an open floor-plan with two spacious bedrooms on opposite ends of the main living space to ensure comfort and privacy. Our master bedroom features a king bed outfitted in resort style linens and an en-suite walk-in closet and a large, his-and-her bathroom. There is a private door that leads to the unit’s balcony with a hot tub.

The guest bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed (both levels) with a trundle option. There is also a private entrance to the guest bathroom.

Both bedrooms have multiple windows with Mountain views (we supply laundered and sanitized eye masks for our midnight sun). TVs are available in each bedroom with Amazon Fire to access your favorite streaming services. Each bathroom features deep bathtubs to add the perfect touch to a relaxing evening.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal. An electric indoor/outdoor grill allows for cooking out or staying in (stored in our garage). Our open-concept dining area seats six.

The living space also includes a single person sofa-sleeper, electric fireplace, in-floor heat, plenty of seating, and access to the unit’s balcony with private hot tub.

Parking is open in the parking area surrounding the unit (indoor parking is not always available).
Make yourself comfortable in this condo, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Location is perfect and the condo is very clean and comfortable. Furnished nicely with plenty of everything you need. The private hot tub is especially nice and so convenient. Girdwood is great town, Alyeska is so close and easy to access. It's a great resort, even though conditions didn't allow to enjoy a lot of the mountain. It was unusually cold for the area during our stay, so it would've been nice to know that the water heater closet that is located in outdoor closet on the balcony needed a small heater to keep functioning in very cold weather. We lost hot water and heat for about a day before we got it all sorted out, but Brant was really helpful and responsive, and once we got the closet warm enough we were able to get the system stable. The amenities mention garage parking as a feature, but the garage spot for this unit is occupied so it isn't available. There is plenty of surface parking that is very convenient. We were able to store our skis next to the lockers that are blocked near the units spot. I was a little concerned about the car starting during the extreme cold being left out without being able to plug in the block heater, but we didn't have any problems, just took a few extra minutes for it to warm up every day. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Great Condo just down the street from Alyeska Resort, about 5 minutes away. Condo was very nice and well equipped. Everything that you would need to prepare a meal in the kitchen and even some extras, like spices and condiments. There was a very small grocery store just down the street that had the essentials. Beds and lines were great and comfortable. The hot tub on the porch was used by my kids after a day of hiking. Washer, Dryer, and detergent in the unit was nice and allowed us to do a load of laundry on our longer Alaskan vacation. Enough space for our family in the unit for a couple of days while we spent time in the Girdwood area. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Senior Trip

We made Girdwood our base camp for exploring the upper Kenai Peninsula and Anchorage areas. Had a wonderful week. The condo was easy to access, plenty of space for our group of 3. Great location and clean

We had a good stay at the condo - amazing location and we loved the large space. We had a couple hiccups though - there weren't sheets available for the twin trundle bed and I think my daughter was allergic to the cow hide rug! Overall, more linens (both sheets and towels) would be helpful for larger groups using the space.

Nice condo with a hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and they anticipate most all of your needs. We would not have stayed here had we known it was on the third floor as the stairs were very difficult for a disabled person. There is an elevator in the building, but no directions on how to find it, as it was not near the entrance we were directed to use. The hot tub was very nice though and was a requirement for our trip.

Great place in Girdwood

This was the half way point of our Alaska trip. We loved having more space to spread out after over a week in cramped hotel rooms. We enjoyed exploring the area and having a nice place to return to. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. They has a few extra nice touches such as towels and robes for the hot tub. If you are coming in the winter, they have bin of throw blankets to cuddle up on the couch with. There are a few basic items stocked in the kitchen, plus a few items left from previous guests which was nice. Checking in was straight forward and easy. I would definitely rent again if coming to Alaska.
