We were somewhat disappointed. We had a really nice, spacious, and comfortable room but felt the whole experience was overpriced. It was raining when we arrived. We had our luggage taken to our room and I was informed about parking. The lot near the hotel is very small and can handle only a small portion of guests. The other parking areas, quite large, are a good walk from the hotel, especially in the rain. We had dinner at Seven Glaciers, and our server was exceptional. Sadly, the food was mediocre. The main entree was Halibut and Filet Mignon. The Halibut was a little dry, chewy, and not flaky. The Filet Mignon was the thinnest we've ever had, about a half-inch thick. Our overall stay was excellent but definitely overpriced, especially dinner.

beautiful hotel/resort - i would suggest they do a better job of communicating - the ski lift was closed the 2 days we were there, apparently their yearly maintenance but no notice was given at time of my reservation - half of the shops/restuauant were closed as well, also without any alert given

The mountain view was stunning, the hiking paths beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, especially the tram ride up to the restaurant and the pool and workout room 3rd floor. The cost was really high, so we did not eat dinner we had a drink then found our own food. The concierge was helpful, as was the front desk. We would not have been there for one night if it was not for expedia same-day booking with a discount that made it a bit less expensive. I would not pay full price to stay or eat at Alyeska, too $$$.

Beautiful area. Hotel itself was nice. Hard to park which was annoying and had to ask for room to be cleaned- it wasnt really - just beds pulled straight. Sink still dirty, no clean towels. Do expect better than that at a hotel of this class.

Room was sub par for cleanliness. Floor was obviously not cleaned. Food and items from previous guests were still o the floor. Several walls had bodlily fluids on them. Parking was very minimal and lot had very large, deep potholes. Recreational pool and sauna were average. Clean enough to swim in. No lifeguard.
