Excellent service!! Clean, comfortable, close to airport with free shuttle to airport and close to downtown Anchorage. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Place was dirty staff would not check us end had to beg to store luggage it was 1 pm (4 pm on our time). Room smelled, stained bedding loud residents (which seemed to be part of staff) unexplained fire alarm and 5 am shutttle call ( our shuttle at noon). Dry rude and uncaring staff … do not stay here!

Our room and the hotel staff were wonderful. The hot breakfast was great. Sadly, the neighborhoods surrounding the hotel were filled with homeless people and even some tents. None approached us or our vehicle, but it didn’t leave a good impression of Anchorage.

This facility is very well maintained and updated. We would probably stay again if we couldn't find something closer to downtown. Unfortunately the area the hotel is situated in isn't clean and the view outside our window was overflowing trash cans and broken down vehicles. The Continental breakfast was well stocked when my husband went down at 0700, but was picked over and the hot water for oatmeal was room temperature when the rest of us came down at 0815. The bread was restocked, but not waffle batter or muffins. Definitely visit Ray's Vietnamese 0.2 miles from the hotel if you find yourself in the area - very clean and some of the best food we had on our trip which included lots of delicious food.
