Staff was amazing from checkin desk to housekeeping. Facilities were clean, comfortable beds and room came with a microwave. Short walk to Disneyland Park. Free parking which is rare.

Clean, roomy, and excellent service-- we called for extra blanket and they were quick to accommodate. Front desk staff every nice and friendly. Expected a charge for underground parking as I'd seen in other reviews--- nothing extra charged for that. Very close to Disney and family friendly area.

When I reached out to confirm my reservation, the woman who picked up the phone was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. This interaction immediately cast a shadow over my entire stay. She displayed a complete lack of professionalism while addressing my concerns and dismissed my question without a second thought. I’ll definitely seek alternative accommodations next time.
