Once we got into our room we noticed the floor had spills all over it and cereal. Dried up rice stuck on bed frame... We called down to office to ask if it could be mopped the following morning because we have a 1 year old who is just learning to walk and didn't want him on the dirty floor. The lady said she would ensure it got done. That morning as we left for Disneyland for the day, i stopped in to return their iron and asked for it to be done once again. I left cash on the nightstand for the housekeeper too. We came back at midnight and nothing had been. Once again called down and the gentleman said there's nothing they could do.

Not the best conditions

I chose this hotel as I was just sleeping after a night at Disneyland however, the photos did not appear to match what we got. AS soon as I start parking you had the Fullerton cops patrolling the area slowly, our neighbors outside with doors open and drinking at the door frame, the gapping in the door frame was not something I felt comfortable, the sheets had dark red staining (droplets) on the mattress cover, the bed's wood was creaking like it was poor condition and lastly the toilet continued to flush and would not stop unless you took the porcelain lid off and pulled the chain. If you have kids and are traveling I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT COME HERE. It almost look like a halfway house/ transitional house. This place was not very clean or in good condition. I was very hopeful by almost all the photos that were reviewed but I just could not give this place anything more. * I would have taken photos but my priority was NOT to take photos of every spot. I wanted to make sure I was safe, my property was secured and I just wait to check out which we did at 0730 in the morning*

Clean room and very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. The area was quiet at night. A great affordable option. I stayed one night to visit Disneyland the next day. Only a 15 minute drive to the parks. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was bad as they had cancelled my reservation due to my card not working (had pay at hotel on day of check in), but I got no sort of call or email through Expedia or the hotel to fix this before check in. I had reserved a room with fridge and microwave, (I have small children) and I paid the same amount for a room that had no fridge or microwave as that’s all they had. Laundry room was fine, parking was fine. The room had trash in it from the previous guests, and floors were very dirty. I got a non smoking room; still smelt smoke around the area/especially weed. Had people roaming around at 7:30-8 AM waiting for me to throw my trash away (expected, but felt uncomfortable as I was alone with my children). Served its purpose though.

This room was infested with cockroaches, had a visibly dirty shower with wads of hair still on the floor and a feces odor in the bathroom that was so strong it overcame the entire room. They also only gave me a double bed when I paid for a queen bed.

Beds were very uncomfortable and the room smell like cigarettes we ended up leaving. My clothes and hair smelled like cigarettes when I left the room. And no other rooms were available. Will not be coming back again.
