HOUSE RULES
•Please be respectful of neighbors. The home is in a reputable and established neighborhood.
•Do not block, use, or disturb the surrounding neighbor’s driveway. Be sure to use only the designated driveway for this unit.
•No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM.
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•Please do not wear your outdoor shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house (including vapes). A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•No extra or overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
•No mail / packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick-up location.
•No moving / rearranging of the furniture.
•No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No pre-checking bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee).
•No pets.
•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking. The driveway can comfortably fit two cars. Additional cars may park on the street (first come, first served)
•Checkin time is 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
•Checkout time is 10:00 AM.

These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.

Guests enjoy convenient, contactless self check-in and full access to the entire home. Two parking spaces in front of the property are available for your use.

Property Disclosures:
We have four actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, backyard area and sides of the house which records video upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room and patio area which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

Release of Liability:
This home is privately owned; the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are explicitly assuming the risk of any harm caused by their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
