We chose this property because we wanted to be close to Disneyland, free breakfast and free parking. It was within walking distance, however the parking advertised as "Limited onsite parking" means you may have to go off site to find your own parking. So be prepared to pay $35 a day for valet parking if it's available. We feel like it was a bait and switch situation. We won't be back.

The room was clean the staff was friendly what else do you expect it was Disneyland and also it was Holiday inn Express the breakfast was free The coffee was delicious and I really enjoyed the pancakes eggs and bacon and after that I went to Disneyland the happiest place on earth

The property was different than expected, and the staff’s lack of customer service was very underwhelming, particularly the valet attendant's passive-aggressive behavior upon checking in. Staff advised us countless times that we did not have a reservation even though we provided a confirmation #. Ultimately, we did check in.
