Didn't let my husband check in for me because we used Expedia to book. I wasn't arriving until later. He had to complain for 30 minutes in order to get into the room before I arrived, unacceptable. I will not be using Expedia again.

Loud from freeway noise. Also vacuuming and cleaning woke me up each morning. I would have preferred to sleep longer. Breakfast should have been free, but cost $25. With a voucher I had it was $15 but that was still too much. Coffee was also bitter and tasted burnt. Rooms need more low cleaning in crevices and around joints.

My only issue is if you bring a car it is $40 a day to valet. That was not a detail I noticed when I booked. Not to mention the valet clipped a curb with my bumper. I’m sure I will have to cover that fee. Hotel inside and the staff is friendly. But I won’t stay there again.

They allowed us to park early and stow our suitcases while we walked to Disneyland. Check in was fast with courteous and professional staff. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The statue of Mickey out front and the lights in the trees made for an enchanted evening after we returned from Disneyland. Breakfast was amazing and the check out process wonderful.

Super comfortable and spacious room. While the room was excessively warm when we first arrived, the staff quickly took action to ensure that the air conditioner was working properly. We didn’t change rooms, but it did take over 2 hours to bring the temperature down to a reasonable level. Thank you to the staff for quickly taking action regarding our concerns. Hilton has a great team in Anaheim.

Staff was fantastic, they really help with the families and kids and had wonderful patience and were so joyful all the time! Room was clean, breakfast buffet felt worth the price, pool was clean and nice to use even at night, my only complaint was the mattress which was quite soft and meant we all rolled to the middle every night

What a fantastic hotel! The staff is more than friendly, the rooms are super clean and it’s walking distance to Disney. I wish the parking wasn’t so expensive but it’s on par with the other hotels in the area so I’ll choose this hotel again!
