We did like the lobby and arcade. The manager reception was a nice touch. And breakfast was kept up with. However, the beds were so so so uncomfortable. 1990s spring beds that make your back feel like going out. Very little updates. Felt 15yrs behind. Armore had a fowl odor to the extent of me covering it to encase whatever is growing in there. Most likely mildew. Smelled like an entire bottle of vinegar was dumped. Ac has a drastic difference in quality depending on living room(cold) bedroom (hot).

Breakfast options were good and tasty considering it is buffet style, omelet station is a must go to. Nighttime manager John was very helpful and took care of us with alot of comps when we experienced a minor issue with our room to make it right. Patience pays off staff will help you and are very friendly

They would not clean the room. We had to ask on the third day to clean the room they came that afternoon. The day were checking out they were at the door knocking at 9am, 9::30, 10am, 10:30 and when we left at 11am the housekeeper was at the door. She seen us leave and skipped the room. Didn’t even clean it. The lobby is clean and the receptionist was nice and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with this reservation. I booked my trip to this hotel several weeks ago, paid 100% in advance for two nights. Somehow they rebooked my stay to someone else (no other rooms available is what they told me), so my family and I had to make last minute arrangements with another hotel. They did reach out to another hotel to make accommodations, but I had to figure out my own transportation to the property. This the worst experience for travel I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this hotel.

The biggest issues we experienced was no hot water and the hotel running out of towels. Our room was a capacity of 6 and we only would be provided 3 towels. There was also a morning they ran out of towels and had to wait for some to be washed and dried. It delayed our park day by 5 hours

Nice enough, fairly clean, small bathroom and elevator got stuck (scary for children). Snack and food items available all day and night, being able to easily charge them to your room is a plus. Overall stay and safety was a good value for price point.
