Our room was covered in insects. Hundreds on our safe, coming out of the coffee machine, in the sink, in the shower. I had big bites on my stomach, he had them all over his back. We didn’t care initially because it didn’t seem like there were a ton, but a few days in when I went to put my wallet in the safe, they were everywhere. My husband told the front desk and they said they’d come up. We waited about half an hour and when my husband went back down, the guy at the front desk gave him a can of raid. It was so gross. I’d understand if there were a few insects on the main floor, but we were on the upper floor. Pay a few bucks extra and stay somewhere else. If anyone wants a video of all the bugs, find me on fb and I’ll send you the videos I took.

9 days stay: - Has cockroaches!!!! - Never cleaned room, no fresh sheets, only towels - Walls thin extremely loud when people walk - Disneywalk is 1.3 miles not .3 - ART bus does not stop at the hotel and very inconsistent. - No restaurants close by just a bar Booking at this hotel was a huge mistake. Definitely a one star experience. The cockroach was the clincher. Needless to say they did not ask how our experience was upon checkout.
