The three bed suite was so perfect for our large family of 6. The walk to the park wasn’t bad at all, and the complimentary hotel shuttle was an added bonus if needed.

The room was in good condition if a little dated, and surprisingly quiet even though the facility was full. Very convenient option for walking to and from Disney and the many restaurants in the area. Never felt unsafe.

Breakfast was very basic. Was not aware that the breakfast sandwiches had to be requested at front desk. Lack of fruit was disappointing. Rooms were very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Shuttle to Disney was convenient- though available times were inconsistent Would stay here again

The room was clean. My concerns were the sink had a terrible odor coming from the drain. It really needs to be bleached. The bathroom door did not lock it also was difficult to open. It got stuck every time qe used the bathroom. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. We have stayed here many times before. We always stay here when go to Disneyland. My biggest complaint is the parking. Not enough space to park. Everyone is so close to eachother. They also park right in front of other cars. It was so difficult to get our car out.

This is an older hotel and doesn’t seem to have any sound barriers between upper and lower level or between rooms. A lot of noise it’s transferred into your room. The room is clean. Paul at the front desk is very rude not helpful. Also, they tell you parking is free But in reality, they don’t have enough parking in their complex. Should the hotel be booked? Be aware of this.

Breakfast was okay. Laundry facilities were non existent; one washer & dryer, maybe 20-30 years old, broken. Shuttle service is very limited and no service for a huge chunk of the day. Mold at the bottom of our tub, low flow sink and toilet.

The shower tub was dirty and had hair on the side and didn't drain properly. The door was not sealed at all, letting all sounds in (neighbors, helicopters, banging sounds outside and sirens all night long). The sounds kept us and our 4 years old up all night. The door latch lock was broken, making it feel really unsafe. It looked nothing as advertised and we ended up canceling our stay the following morning. This place is really not worth $114 plus per night.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location is great, very close to Disneyland. Staff for the most part were good. Breakfast was okay, they had waffles and pancakes amongst other on the go goodies. What put a dent in our stay were stained sheets, i mean they had either dried blood stains or some brown dried residue on them. How gross is that, my child literally didnt want to sleep in that bed, and i dont blame her. Second instance was when we came back from Disney at10:40pm toa dead battery in the door. It was pouring rain outside we were standing out by the door as all my stuff was inside the room we ubered that day. Long story short they could not fix the problem until morning that means we were not to leave the room, if we did we would not be able to get inside the room again unless we called them over to manually unlock the door which took them around 5 mins or more to show up. We were drenched from rain and exhausted from thre day at the park so we were not going to go anywhere anyways, but i feel like in this case abother room should have been offered. For the breakfast next morning we had to leave our door slightly propped so it would not lock all the way to be able to get back inside. What blew my mind is when i went to a front desk for a check out and was telling the lady about this situatuon and nasty dirty sheet on the bed she said there was no note left regarding this from the night. Cleaning needs to be stepped up and communication definately needs a fixing.
