It was very hard to find parking, people were very inconsiderate of other people. There was shouting, running up and down the halls. The walls are also very thin, and you can hear everything. We had to constantly run the air condition fan in our room to help block out the noise.

For the most part it was ok, as soon as I walked in another person was complaining about the room, he looked so overwhelmed. He was nice to me checked me in. We went to our room there was old food in the fridge still and pillows looked unchanged. I showered in cold water and that’s what did it for me. For the price it should have been better.

The room condition was ok, there were knicks and ware marks on everything. It was very clean though, which is the only highlight. The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the parks. Once you leave the Disney area the neighborhood gets very rough, which is very uncomfortable if you need to go to Target or CVS . The hotel parking was absolutely awful and there was a fee associated with parking which was assesed for every night of the stay.l and was not told about this until checkin. There was also a destination fee attached which was an every night fee as well. HIGHLY disappointed in not knowing about these fees. The hotel was not worth the price we paid and should definitely not be assed 3/4 stars. or cvs.

The breakfast was very limited. On Saturday morning there was eggs, sausage, apples, cereal and oatmeal. On Sunday morning there was bisques and gravy, sausage, apples, cereal and oatmeal. I just thought that honestly there would be a few more options. When we checked in, the woman was very rude. A room key is used to get out of the parking lot. My key worked for the door but did not work for the gate. I had to call every time we exited and ask to be let out every time I would give my last name and room number and be told that my name is not the name for my room, I would have to repeat my name multiple times and spell it to finally be let out. The entire hotel is under construction which would have been nice to be informed about. It does need to be updated. I personally had to clean the bathroom because there were hairs all in the shower from the previous guest. And I asked the front desk for housekeeping, no one ever came.

We had a room booked for 9 days, leading up to the reservation I had received confirmations from them. The day we were supposed to check in I received a text notification they were cancelling our renovation and moving us to another hotel because of "on going renovation issues". The hotel they moved us to turned out to be great and we were much happier, however I was quite disappointed that they were having ongoing issues and waited until the last minute to tell me. They booked a room for us across the street and had that part handled by the time we got to the new hotel.

We had an accessible room and liked the lower bed to transfer from wheelchair in. And liked the roll in shower. Did not like the noise of the location next to laundry and where all the carts were continually rolled by.
