Take the M2 metro train and it takes you to this property. Last stop. Only 2 stops from central and 3 stops from Dam Square. Loved everything about this hotel

The room smelled of open cloak coming from the bathroom. Even though the hotel advertised the restaurant being open until 10 at night it only means you can buy pizza at the bar. The restaurant is closed. Went to the local supermarket to buy food and a bottle of wine to enjoy in the room. The bar did not have a single bottle opener to borrow.

Stayed in Tibes before always found the great however we were in Amsterdam for 4 nights and 2 of those days rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon as we were out at 8;30 and usually returned around 3-4pm for a sit down before we went out again around 6 for the evening When i questioned having rooms cleaned so late was advised people checking out everyday my view is staffing levels should reflect t this quick turnaround and priortise those already in the hotel .Transport links in the area and the city are 2nd to none with metro and buses 5 mins walk from the hotel Train station also had a small food area serving a variety of food all great as little else in the immediate area

Decent hotel very close to Noord station. The room was pretty small, but facilities were good, including the coffee machine. Would have been nice to have pods replenished. The entrance to the hotel with black decor felt a bit opppressive. But overall a comfortable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! Hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was great. There was not much around the hotel but it was very easy to take the Metro to City Centre. Two stops to Central Station and three stops to Dam Square. Only complaint was that the beds were very squeaky and not the most comfortable. Would stay there again.

The surrounding area is not very attractive. It's close to the train station so commute to the city center is quick. But there is not much around the hotel. There aren't any coffee shops, restaurants etc. The area feels kind of abandoned. The hotel is nice and rooms are decent. Had I known what was in the surrounding area I would probably stay in the city as a first timer to Amsterdam.

Literally a stones throw from Noord Metro - perfect for getting into town in approximately 7mins. Totally worth the savings made by staying outside central area. Staff friendly and the decor is new fresh and funky. Bar not too expensive and a multi food entertainment area (Area 27 or something such) had all food options and a place to drink. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is actually situated at Noord just outside of Amsterdam. The hotel was contemporary clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was in excellent condition with modern rooms and bathrooms. One criticism would be the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable. As a family of 3 we shared our room and the sofa bed was not suitable for a 16 year old to sleep in comfort. The area of Nord has good facilities for eating, in particular in the station at Noord which has a food hall (market 27) which has a wide variety of offerings such as chinese, bakery and dutch food etc available. Nord to Amsterdam Central Station is a vey easy journey. Its approximately 2 stops on the Metro, about 20mins. Cost on the Metro is approx 3 euros for a single journey or 9 euros for a day ticket. We purchased a 3 day pass for 21 euros each, which gave easy unlimited access around Amsterdam on Metro and Trams. Noord itself is a little run down, but its quiet as is the hotel.
