The staff was extremely helpful + welcoming. We enjoyed using the very convenient bicycle rental (you rent from one day until breakfast the next day). The breakfast was delicious--extremely varied. I didn't realize there would be quite so many steep stairs--definitely good to know if you have limited mobility! Overall, a lovely stay in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Bicycle Hotel for 8 days in what I was told was their smallest room and it was really cute and cozy. The location is super, very close to the metro/trams and city center is very walkable. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Amsterdam!

All of the staff are wonderful, the rooms are small, but functional with a small sink and mirror, and small TV, a balcony, very clean, and the breakfast is simple but good and very appreciated. I would stay here again. You will enjoy your stay more by talking to other people staying there.

The staff are all so incredibly friendly and helpful - they can advise you on everything from transport to museums. We had a private bathroom and it was very clean and all worked perfectly. Lovely area, so much to do within that area and the restaurants are incredible!

Very nice area

Very nice hotel and great staf. The area was perfect with lots of cafees, restaurants and even a local market. We rented bikes for only 8 euros a Day at the hotel and it took us teen minutes to reach the central station and all the inner canals in the old city. But to be honest, the area around the hotel was nicest.we had shared bathrooms, very nice and clean.

Maybe great for backpackers but not for business travel, despite being a prime location for the RAI conference centre. I am shocked about the totally overpriced room WITHOUT a toilet and shower in the room yet London prices. That's taking a mickey! Worst price for value in over 20 years travelling internationally. Whilst the shared shower and toilet were clean, it's obviously a major inconvenience to walk with a towel wrapped around you over the corridor, hoping the shower isn't occupied when you need it for a punctual start to the day. It's not that obvious from the posting and I clearly wasn't aware when booking. Also, there's a grand total of 2 power outlets in the room, inconveniently high up in the wall which makes charging your devices virtually impossible. Total inconvenience. I do NOT recommend for business travellers.
