The hotel itself was great! The location was good for our 1 night purpose- not a ton of restaurants open at night. The staff was very helpful! As others have mentioned the air conditioning is not up to expectations- our room did not get above 28.5 C (84 F) and the windows don’t open. (We were there during the heatwave) fortunately there was a fan that reception brought up to us. Again, the front desk staff was awesome!

Nice hotel. Check-in went smooth with mr. Azhad from the front desk. Breakfast staff and the rest of the front desk staff is also friendly and helpfull. Hotel Location is very close to the train/ bus and tram. Breakfast is ok. Coffee/ tea and snacks available 24hrs.

Quite good hotel with great location

Hotel is well located, beside Amsterdam south train station. That is good location to explore city and even better to reach Schiphol airport with only one stop. Breakfast was ok and there is also complimentary coffee available all day. Hotel staff is helpful and polite.
