I booked this hotel cos of it location. I was there 12 pm and allowed us to check in, very friendly receptionist even offered us drink. We choose to opt out the housekeeping for 5 days and in return a €10 food voucher. The room is big and spacious for 2 big 30 inch luggage. They even have coffee machine in the room. My room was so beautiful, right in front the train station and canal. This hotel was very conscious on their guest. We have turn on "Do not Disturb for 3 days", the housekeeping have send us 2 cards to ensure we are ok. As we did not reply them, they came in the 4th night to check on us after few miss call to our room. Awesome service. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that going Amsterdam.

Staff tried to be helpful but front door broken entire stay had to go in and out side entrance which was ally with smokers and very dark We did not feel safe and luggage up and down steps was tough
