We were an hour late for checkout, and the staff was rude and charged us anyway. The bathroom was very small, especially if you’re traveling with a baby. The breakfast was fine, but overall, due to the rude and aggressive staff, we wouldn’t recommend this place.

The third leg of the bed was broken. They over charged me by approx 20€ for the night. When I mentioned this they instead gave me breakfast instead of money back. With vip, i got a few basic drink at the bar, nothing special. Location was amazing, but policies were not that great.

Excellent views, especially if you get a canal, corner room. Very nice lounge, resturant dinner is lovely. 30 mins to Amsterdam Centraal via the trams, and recommend De Kade coffeeshop near by. I would go back next time.

The room was so clean , with a nice city view. The room service was awful. Our phone was not working since the first day i had to go to the reception for anything i need , the safe was not working they kept saying sorry we will fix it and they didn’t they didn’t even send anything to say sorry. Unfortunately i will not go back to this hotel .

I was running the Amsterdam Marathon and this hotel is literally over the road from the start/ finish line. They had a 5am breakfast on race day too, and while I had to pay for a late checkout it was the perfect location. Staff were extremely friendly too

I had good experience and service in this hotel in the past. So, I returned to it and received the same good quality as before. Hotel is a walkable distance to AMS zuid and metro line that makes it very easy to connect to airport and downtown. Definitively, I will book this place again!

Very nice hotel. Close to Amsterdam central. Good for Parking, hotel has own car park but underground. Larger vehicles can park in the leisure centre opposite.

Staff were happy to store my luggage as I arrived well before check in time. Breakfast was always well provisioned and the room was clean and pleasant. Bed very comfortable although the small square pillows were an oddity.

The Hotel is located at 30 min from central Station by metro or tram, which is perfect if you want a quiet place while at the same time being accessible. The room was confortable and had all the amenities you could ask for.
