Modern, clean, and perfectly located in the canal district. We were initially disappointed that our queen room was small and noisy, but after sharing our concerns with the front desk, they responded warmly and handled it wonderfully—upgrading us to a quieter, much larger room with a king bed at no extra charge. We couldn’t have been happier!

The room was tiny for the price I paid. Not enough space to move around. The bathroom offers zero privacy, and taking a shower is challenging because there is a partition but no shower door. The location is excellent, but the environment can be improved.

The front desk team were absolutely fabulous. They were fun informative and made the stay exceptional. I’m sorry I don’t have their names but one was the GM and the other a front desk lead. Would recommend the hotel to travellets who enjoy a unique place full of great vibes.

Overall, it was great. The AC does not get cold enough but we found that to be the case in most Hotels in Europe! In room coffee was great, on site restaurant and bar was great and it's centrally located.
