Amazing hotel and people sans Check-In

The check in time was stated as 1 pm, but the hotel doesn't even open until 3 pm. My flight arrived at 11 am and I was told that I could check in as early as 12 pm if the room was ready. Since only the kitchen portion was open, I left my bags there and couldn't check into the hotel until I received a virtual key around 2 pm. By then, I had already left to discover the city. Besides that, I had a great experience at the hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly. The hotel room was clean, well maintained and sufficient size. The location is superb.

Nice Hotel and cool location

I booked this Hotel just for one night, because I didn't want to sleep at the airport. However I didn't know that they would be celebrating the local festivities on that day. So, it was impossible for me to sleep I waste my money staying at that hotel. The party ended at 2:00 AM and from 2:00 to 3:00 were cleaning with loud machines. I had to go to the airport at 5:00 AM. The team should informed that on that they sleeping would be impossible for guests. by the way the party was very good, but that was not the point to stay at that hotel.

Ontvangst bij inchecken was vriendelijk, bedden waren te laag ( het middenstuk vd boxspring ontbrak!) Kamers zijn erg gehorig! Er hing een erge muffe lucht in de kamer! ( het rook naar "natte hond".......) Parkeren op het terrein is oké, maar de doorgang is erg smal!! Gegeten in het restaurant, eten werd met smaak klaargemaakt!

Brandalarm ging af

Hotel was prima. Voor de prijs was de kamer ook prima. Maar toen ging midden in de nacht het brandalarm af. Niemand kon je vertellen of het loos alarm was of niet. Er is later zelfs geen excuus of compensatie gekomen. Het alarm werd uitgezet en er is niet meer over gesproken. Ik vind dat een excuus op zijn minst op zijn plaats zou zijn geweest.

Séjour à Amsterdam

Notre sejour de 4 nuits s'est très bien passé. Le personnel est super. Le restaurant et bar sont très bien. Petit déjeuné généreux. La chambre était comme annoncée sur le site. Le petit bémol s'est que le parking de l'hôtel est trop petit. Donc, il faut se mettre autre part s'il est complet. L'hôte est bien située pour les transports en commun et les commerces.

We hadden een kamer op de begane grond. Ondanks dat je vlak bij het restaurant zit hebben we hier geen hinder van gehad. We hebben daar wel heerlijk gegeten. We hebben ene kamer geboekt in verband met een optreden in de Ziggo Dome. Daarvoor is de locatie perfect. Met de auto ben je in ca. 15 minuten bij de parkeerplaats.
