Fantastic hotel in a perfect central location but quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and the room was great but there were a lot of narrow stairs as our room was in the attic!

Pros: Very welcoming staff, gorgeous room, great location, comfortable beds, food/drink on site, free breakfast Cons: No elevator, steep stairs, no air conditioning although to be fair we were there during the current record heatwave and were provided fans. This hotel was also in the process of having AC installed in its rooms so we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and soleful hotel with everything right around the corner. The staff was amazing, the hotel clean and well kept. It is an old building, so stairs and crooked floors must be expected. Good selection for breakfast. Loved the artwork!

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming heritage building near the canal - it was absolutely gorgeous. The property is very well maintained, and full of beautiful furniture and themed decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. The breakfast offered was probably the best I’ve ever had at at hotel!
