The hotel is very conveniently located in the Museum District. All the art galleries such as the Reich Museum were in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, such as recommending good local restaurants and also which trams or buses to catch. My only criticism is that my room was hot. A ceiling fan would help.

All the women that we met at the front desk were so delightful and helpful and friendly every time we came in. The location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and we would stay here again and again. Also, the restaurants they recommended were the best.

Stay is well maintained and has lots of character - very charming. Good location next to museums and still situated on a quiet street. Our room was beautiful and we were supposed to have A/C but we got an outward balcony room and thankfully the weather was perfect and we did not experience the intense heat wave at the time.

The location and space were gorgeous! The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. We didn't use much of the pay-for-product convenience bar but the fresh cucumber water was so refreshing! Had we been staying longer we would have enjoyed playing games in the lobby/lounge area. Storage of our luggage on the day of check-out was secure and easy.
