Very clean room and aesthetically pleasing space, located conveniently near a tram station. Competitive pricing and lovely friendly staff. Although this hotel’s name has the word “capsule”, each room has standing space, and its own desk and beautiful bathroom (with crystal doorknobs!). Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Short walk to tram stops aswell. I would say the only minus was very thin walls and I would wake up a few times at (saturday) night because someone coming and going or talking etc :D

The rooms are really nice, liked the design/decor. Obviously very small due to the style of the hotel, but plenty of space for two people for a short stay. There are limited facilities but there is a coffee machine and vending machine in reception with onigiri and noodles which we found very helpful when getting in late. The location is not that central, but it was convenient enough for where we were going.

Compact but exactly what we needed. Very clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. There is a bar, restaurant and supermarket on the university campus a couple of minutes walk away that were all very nice. Centre of Amsterdam easily accessible by public transport. A great stay.

Was a female solo traveler and felt really safe here. When I came to check-in and had difficulties with my card, the front desk younger man was very nice and patient with me. Overall the room was clean, neat, and tiny.

Ignoring the surroundings, this affordable hotel has everything you could need for a few days stay. Place to lie your head, with private bathroom. Would be a bit crammed for more than one person but not impossible. Only disappointing aspect was the randomness of the air conditioning controls. Would turn off after a period of time and couldn’t be set to below a set temperature. Not the end of the world but on a hot night, being able to set it going without having to get up to turn it back on would be good.
