It was a great location to Amsterdam Centraal and sites and many restaurants. Angelo was in touch the whole time. Room had what we needed and it was very comfortable. It was on a busy street but not noisy to sleep. Thank you for a great and comfortable stay.

The ideal spot for your stay in central Amsterdam

Perfect find right in the historic centre. I stayed in the room at the back (nice and quiet at night, even on the weekend) and it was huge compared to other Amsterdam accommodation. Angelo was a wonderful host and the space was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful room with a lot of very nice personal touches in the heart of Amsterdam. Located mere steps from the beautiful canals, with lots of restaurants all walking distance. Walking distance as well to Centraal Station. To the left, you have the less touristy local part of town. To the right, a short walk to red light and a lot of other sites to see for travellers seeking to get the most of their visit. The only issue was that this room is on the third floor, and we had a lot of luggage. But Angelo helped both up and down, and was an outstanding host. Very friendly, very accommodating and outstanding communication throughout. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay thanks to Angelo, our fantastic host! He went above and beyond, offering us all the recommendations we could ask for— from the best restaurants to must-visit shops and attractions. Our room was spotless and had a good view through the beautiful windows ,that just added to the experience. The comfy bed made it hard to leave, and to top it all off, there were plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks waiting for us. When our flight home got canceled, Angelo was incredibly supportive and helped us out in every way possible. A huge thank you to him! We would definitely choose this accommodation again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay!

This place was so darling. Loved all the amenities and felt like being at home. Angelo was an amazing host. He gave us great restaurant recommendations as well. The Netflix didn’t work on the TV, but we were out so it was fine for us. Only if you are looking to stay in an watch a movie. We were sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at Crown Guesthouse. Roomy, comfortable room. Large bathroom. Quiet yet easy access to everything in downtown Amsterdam. Host was friendly and helpful. As others mentioned, lots of stairs but it’s Amsterdam and it is to be expected. We’ve been to Amsterdam many times and stayed in multiple locations but will be back here.

The owner Angelo is super nice. The property is a little aged but Angelo provides umbrella and international charger for you. You really don’t need to bring all these extras if you are staying at Crown Guesthouse. It is also right next to 90% of the touristy sites in Amsterdam center and everywhere is walkable. 12 mins to the train station, 10 mins from Anne Frank house, 20mins from Bloemenmarkt and red light district, tram and bus on the next street. Highly highly recommend Crown Guesthouse.

Angelo was a very good host. He was welcoming and responsive to anything we needed. The room was big and in a great location. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom, and the shower in particular, were quite small and not in the best condition. But we overall had a great stay here in Amsterdam.

Our room had a wonderful view of the quiet street. The amenities were more than adequate, gracious in fact. The host was friendly and very helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and made transportation connections & touring easy.The stairwell up to our room was challenging with luggage, but our host helped us get our bags upstairs.
