The staff was great, very friendly. I was upset when we went down for breakfast at 8:30 and there wasn't much left. The only eggs they had was boiled egg sitting in hot water in a crock pot. There was only pork links, but there was an empty tray, I am not sure what was in there. I thought they would refill something, but they didn't.

We arrived for check in, even though I tried to check in the big hot before. They asked for any special requests which I did but they did not happen. There were no wine glasses or corkscrews in the room. I had to go to the desk to ask. We had a room with the jacuzzi tub which was great but not he bunk beds did not have all the sheets on them. The top sheet was under the pillow so my grandson slept with an extra blanket. The pool is awesome for the kids. They don’t even carry carbonated water either in the kitchen or the machines. The continental breakfast was chaos. Everyone trying to get things at the same time.

Very spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Our room has one king bed and a bunk bed. There is a privacy curtain between the king bed and the bunk bed. Breakfast was ok on the simple side.
