A quaint, contemporary 1 bedroom apartment, open plan living area, modern shower room with power shower and double bedroom.

Easy Reach offers the luxury of a hotel suite with the privacy and facilities of self catering, leave the car on the drive and enjoy all the that Lake District has to offer from your doorstep.

Pets are welcome at Easy Reach but are subject to an additional £15 per stay

The Space:
A Unique retreat - Located in St Marys Lane, close to all amenities and within walking distance to the many local restaurants and bars that Ambleside has to offer.

The property also features SKY TV with SKY Cinema in the Lounge.

Guest Access:
Guest's are able to use the whole property throughout their stay - a private parking space is also available for one vehicle.

Getting Around:
We love the fact that many walks can be undertaken directly from the door and if you wish to travel further afield there is a regular bus service, 2 mins from the Apartment.

Other Things to Note:
The property is dog friendly for 1 well behaved pet which must not be left in the property unattended or on the furniture, there is an £15 additional charge per stay. Any damages to the property guests will be liable to pay for.

Fabulous location, lovely property. Can be noisy at night /early morning due to the fact that the street is a cut through for the main parts of Ambleside, but since we wanted central location, it was a small price to pay.

Great accommodation

Lovely clean, well looked after property. It’s in a marvellous location, stone’s throw to all shops , bars, restaurants and main bus stop in Ambleside. You couldn’t ask for more helpful hosts in Trevor and Craig, they’re always there should you need them.

Fabulous location

This apartment is situated in the heart of Ambleside, it’s a perfect size for two adults and a small dog. We had a fabulous holiday and the apartment had everything you need, including a parking space which is very precious in Ambleside!
