The staff lied. I called before I made the reservation and was told the pool and hot tub would be open. I called again before I left home. I asked again at check in. Every time I was told it would be open. After being there for a day I was told it's NEVER open this time of year and the hot tub is not even heated. The outside has a strong manuer smell. The inside smells like cigarettes. The restaurant is not very good and I think there was trash in my burger. The housekeeper dosent make up the room every day but sometimes they'll come in and take all your towels leaving you with none. There's no coffe maker or microwave in the room and the little refrigerator barely works. Everything about the hotel is very old and out dated. The outside is nice.

Room was very clean (Room 102) with nice view of lake and denizens. Toilet valve malfunctioned but turning on and off intermittently. Needs adjustment or replacement. Staff were courteous and otherwise helpful.

Longstreet has a bit of a portal to the Old West in both public areas and the rooms. The bed and furniture were updated and comfortable, but the electrical work needs some revising (old switches, no USB or anywhere to plug in near the bed. Everything was clean. The day staff is friendly. The overnight staff (both do double duty at the front desk and the "store") weren't so great; apparently working the register disturbed their facetime calls and private conversations. The food at the restaurant was pretty decent (I'm a vegetarian and probably didn't try their best dishes, but everything was fresh though my fries were undercooked). Overall, it was satisfactory and near plenty of natural attractions.

Room was clean and basic. Restaurant has a limited and outmoded selection of American food with very few options for vegetarians and none for vegans. It needs to be updated. Gas was Nevada not California prices. Good location for visiting Death Valley.

The room was very clean, therenis a balcony & fridge but no microwave. Staff is very nice and friendly. This place is amazing, the atmosphere and surrounding are so unique and special. This is my second time here and I would definitely come back if needed. I recommend to anyone who needs to stop in the area or visit DV to sleep at the Longstreet Inn. It is less than 1 hour from Zabriskie's Point. On a side and funny note, their goat is very friendly.

This lodging was amazing- clean, comfortable, easy to park, and beautiful property design. The casino was extremely cool with lots of unique qualities. Basically, "a wonderful oasis in an extremely remote area." Amazing

When you walk in the front door, it smells like a cigarette ashtray! Smoking is allowed on the hotel foyer and casino! Gag! Staff were nice and helpful. Room was large, and comfortable, but did not have coffee service, which is inexcusable. Wifi was very weak, about 2Mbs. They have no rooms that are pet free, so allergies are off the chart. Walls are very thin, and conversations can be heard from the next room, goodbye sleep. Not recommended.
