The first night a got a room right over a bunch of roosters that crowed the entire night even though there were very few guests. Much better after changing rooms. Very clean hotel, steep climb back from the nice beach

The hotel was very old and outdated. The elevator did not work, so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs myself, and the person at the front desk did not offer any help at all. The rooms were also outdated, and the window screen was broken, which allowed a small lizard to get into our room. I tried getting it out by opening the window, but I was unsuccessful and eventually just left it alone. The room also had a bad odor. Before checking in, we specifically asked the front desk if we could have a room far from the roosters because they are very loud early in the morning. He told us there were no more roosters nearby, but the next morning we heard them very clearly and they were extremely loud. Another major issue was the WiFi. It only worked in the lobby area and was basically unusable in the rooms. The pool was also very old and outdated. Overall, this was a very disappointing and horrible experience, and I would not stay here again.

El hotel es muy bueno, lo único que podría sugerir es que pusieran alguna señalización en el carretera o ya dentro del pueblito ya que Google maps nos mandó por un camino muy feo y ya estando ahí descubrimos que podíamos llegar por otra calle más accesible.

Tenga en cuenta que es hotel viejo, aunque por fuera sea vea nice. Yo viajaba con mi familia mis dos bebés para que pudieran descansar y los de recepción con su fiesta de peda le pararon hasta las 7am , los gallos por ahí cercas desde las 4am cante y cante,el colchón durísimo como piedra, no había agua caliente para bañar a mi bebé de meses, no hay internet, más que en el primer piso y no se nos informó, pésimo servicio yo no regresaría ahí jamás

Las habitaciones están limpias, la alberca está muy agradable. El personal podría ser mas amable, pero tampoco fueron groseros. Tomar en consideración que no siempre hay señal en el pueblo, por lo que no se puede pagar con tarjeta ni tampoco hay cajeros.

Sin atencion y sin explicacion.

No hubo agua caliente por la mañana, que es cuando la requeria, se lo comunique a la recepcion y solo nos dieron el avion, colchones muy duros en las habitaciones sencillas, la palapa Dayz la verdad un gran sazon em comparacion con lo que comimos en otros palapas, recomendadas por google como buenas. No es justificable viajar tanto para no descasar.

no entiendo porque si había reservado en expedia, no apareció la reservación en el hotel, mal que dejarán en la alberca a varias personas prácticamente toda la noche tomando, platicando y haciendo ruido sin dejar dormir y nadie les dijo nada, cuando se menciona un horario para uso en la alberca.
