"We held a confirmed two-night reservation, yet upon arrival—following a hazardous one-hour off-road drive—the hotel informed us they were overbooked and had given our room away. The management demonstrated absolute disregard for our safety, travel effort, and booking contract. This complete lack of operational integrity and customer care is unacceptable; this property has no place on a reputable booking platform."
