Odd set up. The bar maid was also the person working the front desk. The room we were assigned smelled of dirty shower curtains. I asked for a clean shower curtain at the bar and we were given another room instead. This one smelled better but the AC and the TV didn’t work. Just one of those days! The bed was comfortable and the area quiet which made for a good night’s sleep. All good!

We had a wonderful stay at Altona. We we greeted so openly by the hostess. This hotel was totally dog friendly, even allowing us to bring our pooch for dinner. The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to other dog owners especially.
