Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible

From the property to the cabin everything was clean and comfortable. They have a nice dog park for our fur baby that was clean and very well taken care of. The only bad I can think of was when we went to take our trash out both dumpster were stuffed full.

It was an experience but it was misrepresented in the utmost way. I should say false advertising at least. I’ll never stay at this place again. Definitely do not recommend
