This typical Spanish beach front apartment in the building 'Oden' is a very comfortable apartment for up to 4 persons. The apartment has a Spanish interior. The spacious room has an open kitchen dining area and seating area. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances. There are 2 bedrooms with queensize beds.
The apartment is situated right on the beach, you cannot get any closer to the sea then here! But it is also within walking distance of Altea centre. Close to the building you will find the small river 'Rio Algar' which provides lovely hiking routes and leads inland towards waterfalls.


We have bikes for rent for during your stay. The price is € 5,00 per day. Visual damage, other than general dirt/wear & tear, will be taken out of the general security deposit.

A Great little find!

There was everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday. Small extras such as binocular, slippers and every cooking utensil you could dream of. Well appointed with a dishwasher and washing machine with all the soaps, detergents, etc. The back bedroom has the best view of the sunrises while enjoying the first cup of tea of the day:). A quiet neighbourhood but just right for a stroll along the beach to the town. Fabulous.
