Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Upon DEPARTURE Please... a) Turn off the thermostat b) Wash and dry all dirty dishes. Dirty dishes left behind will result in an extra $25 charge. c) Throw away all trash in the bins by carport
D) Clean up the outdoor area if it was used e) clean up after your pet's messes f) clean out the fireplace ash (otherwise our cleaner charges $25 to clean out the fireplace)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful gem with amazing views! Very clean and comfortable. The property will be even more stunning when the landscaping is in full bloom. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Where do I start ..if I could give this Gorgeous cottage 10 stars I would !!! This home is absolutely lovely ..but the min you walk in the living room those panoramic windows with the beautiful view will astonish you .. my sister who is from Kentucky was also staying with us and she would wake up every morning just to watch the sunrise every day ..this home actually feels like you are walking into a French comfy cozy cottage and our host lani was so sweet and informative whenever I needed to reach out and had a question ..we wished we had booked this cottage for a longer stay …JUST GORGEOUS!!! A must stay if you are in alpine .
